Fairfield is situated on the corner of Route de l’Eglise and Rue de la Foire, not far from Castel Church. It is a very tranquil area, ideal for dog walking or having a picnic.

There are toilets and limited parking can be made available for use.

For blessings, the Top Lawn has the best views of town and sea whilst the South Battery captures what it means to have your wedding in a castle with its centrepiece traversing cannon. Both are gorgeous set out for blessings with wet weather alternatives available inside should the weather go awry!

Vale castle is the historic site perfectly suited if you have your heart set on a marquee or tipi wedding.

The medieval walls enclose a large grassed space that can accommodate large numbers of guests with gorgeous views of the other islands out to sea.

Once a country mansion, the main house at Les Rocquettes was built in 1765 on the outskirts of St Peter Port, Guernsey's capital. In 1946 the house was first transformed into an hotel by the Johnson family who continued to own and run the hotel until 1996. 

 Our professional and attentive staff are always available to offer their expertise and guidance which will make your special day a perfect one. Les Rocquettes Hotel can accommodate 10 to 100 guests in any one of our appointed function suites. Only after viewing our rooms and discussing your requirements can we advise you of the most suitable room for your reception
